This is very tasty and amazing as cereal or to add extra crunch to yogurt. It does not affect blood sugar on my husband. Only con is price is high.

This is AMAZING!!! I love that there are NO artificial sweeteners in this product! I can’t wait to get my PLAIN yogurt this evening so I can take some to work along with a serving of this, and eat have a yummy dessert!

My go to cereal

This is my favorite keto/diabetic friendly cereal. I personally like all the seeds and nuts and can eat a lot if not careful. Its great by itself or with milk.
