Sơ chế nguyên liệu: Quả táo để vỏ ngâm nước muối 30 phút rồi rửa sạch, cắt thành lát mỏng 0,3cm - 0,5cm, bỏ hạt táo, ngâm vào nước lạnh pha chút muối để giữ cho táo không bị thâm. Cho trứng gà vào bát đánh tan, tiếp theo cho sữa vào đánh đều rồi thêm bột pancake vào đảo đều đến khi thật quyện.
Chiên bánh: Bắc chảo lên bếp cho nóng, láng chút dầu ăn mỏng, múc bột đổ vào chảo dàn cho bột thành hình tròn, để khoảng 2 phút. Để lát táo lên miếng bột, lật đi lật lại sao cho miếng táo chín (khoảng 2 phút).
Lấy bánh pancake táo ra đĩa, rắc một chút đường bột lên trên miếng bánh và ăn kèm với mứt táo rất thơm ngon. Ngoài ra, bạn có thể xếp chồng các miếng bánh lên đĩa, rưới siro táo hoặc sốt caramel táo tươi lên trên miếng bánh pancake táo ăn cũng rất ngon.
