Bật trước lò nướng ở nhiệt độ 400 độ F. Bí ngòi rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Chanh cắt lát. Đậu que tước xơ rồi cắt nhỏ. Đậu Hà Lan cùng lá bạc hà rửa sạch. Trộn đều tôm với kem dừa, gừng băm, nước cốt chanh, tương ớt, 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, trộn đều trong tô.
Xếp tất cả các loại rau quả vào giấy nến, trút tô hỗn hợp tôm lên trên. Gói giấy nến lại. Cho hỗn hợp vào khay và nướng trong 7 phút. Khi lấy bọc giấy nến ra, bạn để nguội 1 phút rồi mới thưởng thức.
