Tiếp tục đun cho dầu sôi lên 190 độ, rồi thả cánh gà vào chiên lần 2 tầm 2 - 3 phút cho thịt gà chuyển sang màu nâu thì vớt ra nha.
Tiếp đó cho cánh gà vào âu nước sốt đã trộn đều để sốt phủ đều hết cánh gà là được nha. Gắp cánh gà ra dĩa, rắc thêm chút mè rang chín thơm lên trên để tăng thêm hương vị cho món ăn nha.
